1. By submitting an Entry into a Navrun Event, you enter a binding agreement with yourself and Navrun 4wd Events ( The Rabbit Trap Company P/L )
2. Every event has a non-refundable deposit amount on submitting your entry. Refund polices on the balance of the entry fee less deposit is refunded except when a) You pull out 30 days prior to the commencement of the event. b) When an event is deemed to be sold out. An email will be sent to you stating so. We will always endeavour to find a replacement whenever possible.
3. Any individual that has stipulated that they will "pay on the day" and fail to show, or pull out 30 days prior to the event's date, or if the event is sold out must pay the event fee in FULL. Failure to do so will result in an email or letter sent to the person lodging the entry, and will be given 14 days to pay.
Failure to pay will result in a further $100 surcharge added to the entry fee for the summons. Further costs will be added if the matter goes to court proceedings.
