CONDITION OF ENTRY

1. By submitting an Entry into a Navrun, High Country Challenge, Navrun After Dark, Pursuit and the Amazing Race you enter a binding agreement with yourself and Navrun 4wd Events ( The Rabbit Trap Company P/L )

2. A full refund will be given to you in the event that you have emailed or phoned us your cancellation within 10 days before the event date. However.... see #3

3. A refund will not be given if you have been notified either by email or phoned stating that the event is a "full house". This can occur at anytime, and you will be given no more than 48 hours notice to claim your entry fee back providing it is not less than 10 days before the event date.

4. Any individual that has stipulated that they will "pay on the day" and fail to show, must pay the event fee in FULL. Failure to do so will result in an email or letter sent to the person lodging the entry, and will be given 14 days to pay.

Failure to pay will result in a further $50 surcharge added to the entry fee for the summons, and a further minimum of $350 already on top of your entry fee to cover court costs. A 5% daily interest charge is also added to your invoice starting from the date of the event concluding, continuing until the day payment is met.
