CONDITION OF ENTRY INTO THE CLIFFHANGER

1. Competitors only: For entries to be accepted they must be accompanied by a $500 deposit, which is not transferable nor is it refundable under any circumstances. Not transferable just means that, you may not transfer it to a spectator package.We are turning others away once your place is allocated to you. Your entry will be deleted after 7 working days if your deposit is not recieved. It is your responsibility to make sure payment has been made if you do not hear from us in that time.

2. Competitors only:The entry fee is set at $2,100 inc. GST if paid before 31st March, 2010.

3. Competitors only:From the 1st April, 2010 the entry fee is set at $2,500 inc. GST and payable upon entry submission to be accepted.

The fees must be paid in full on or before the due dates. Failure to pay the $2,100 before 31st March, 2010 will forefeit your discounted entry fee and the payable amount will then be the post 1st April rate of $2,500.

Entries will only be accepted after 30th April if positions are available - UNLIKELY.Although you may have already paid your $500 deposit, we will refuse your entry, and you will forfeit your deposit if you haven't paid the balance in full by the 30th April.

We have a set quota of numbers for this event so make sure you have fully paid before the 31st March or you will just miss out.........

4. Spectators only:When registering as a spectator you must pay a minium $100 per person within 7 working days of your entry submission. Your entry will be deleted after 7 working days if your deposit is not recieved. It is your responsibility to make sure payment has been made if you do not hear from us in that time.

5. Spectators only:All spectator fees must be paid on or before the 1st June, 2010. Full refunds will be given by this date if you have a reason for not attending. However after this date all monies paid will be forefeited, and if failure to pay the full amount will also be forefeited.

6. Competitors and Spectators:Although we will endeavour to remind you of your dues, it will be your responsibility in the end to insure your fees are paid on the due date, there are no exceptions.

7. Competitors only:You may claim your entry fee back, less your $500 non-refundable deposit by the 31st March 2010. After this date all monies paid will be deemed non-refundable.
