1. Competitors only: For entries to be accepted they must be accompanied by a $500 deposit for each event, which is not transferable nor is it refundable. Not transferable just means that, you may not transfer it to a spectator package.We are turning others away once your place is allocated to you. Your entry will be deleted after 7 working days if your deposit is not recieved. It is your responsibility to make sure payment has been made if you do not hear from us in that time.

We have a set quota of numbers for each and it is first to pay their deposit gets in. Entries with no deposit will not be accepted.

2. Spectators only:Spectator entries are refundable if notice is given prior to 7 days of the event.

3. Competitors and Spectators:Although we will endeavour to remind you of your dues, it will be your responsibility in the end to ensure your fees are paid on the due date.
